These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Poker Club (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
Play-money only (no real-money gambling)
The Service is a play-money poker game. All chips are virtual, have no monetary value, are not redeemable for cash, and are not a substitute for real currency. We do not offer real-money gambling on the Service.
Eligibility (18+)
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your location, whichever is higher) to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.
Accounts and security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity under your account. You agree not to share accounts, buy/sell accounts, or use the Service in a way that interferes with other players.
Chips, balances, and transactions
We may grant chips through gameplay and promotional mechanisms (including periodic claims). Chips can be spent for in-game actions such as table buy-ins. We may adjust chip balances to correct errors, reverse abuse, or enforce these Terms.
Rake and table fees
We may charge a rake (table fee) on cash game hands. Rake, if charged, is taken from the pot before winnings are awarded. Rake rates and caps may vary by table stakes and may change over time.
Provably fair information
We may provide information about shuffle verification and seed rotation for transparency. This information is provided "as is" and may change as the Service evolves.
Prohibited conduct
You must not: exploit bugs; automate gameplay (bots); attempt to manipulate outcomes; collude; harass others; circumvent restrictions; access the Service in an unauthorized way; or engage in any activity we reasonably believe is abusive or harmful to the Service or players.
Enforcement (suspension, bans, and chip seizure)
We may, at any time and in our sole discretion: suspend or terminate accounts; restrict access; reset or seize chips; and/or void in-game results if we suspect prohibited conduct, fraud, abuse, or risk to the integrity of the Service. We are not liable for any resulting loss of virtual chips or access.
Service availability and changes
The Service may be modified, interrupted, or discontinued at any time. We may add, remove, or change features, rules (including rake or chip mechanisms), and limits without prior notice.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.
Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF DATA, VIRTUAL CHIPS, PROFITS, OR REPUTATION ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Anjouan Comoros, without regard to conflict of law principles.
