Answers to common questions about Poker Club.
Is this real-money poker?
No. Poker Club is play-money only. Chips are virtual, have no monetary value, and are not redeemable for cash.
How do free chips work?
You can claim free chips periodically (for example, once per hour). Claim timing and amounts can vary and may change as we balance the economy.
What is rake and how is it applied?
Rake is a table fee taken from eligible pots before winnings are awarded. Rake rates and caps can vary by table stakes. Rake is reflected in hand history and wallet movements.
Can I review what happened in a hand?
Yes. Poker Club provides hand history, including interactive replays and pot awards. When rake is taken, it is shown as part of the hand outcome.
What happens if I disconnect?
If you disconnect or time out during a hand, the game may take automatic actions on your behalf to keep the table moving. When you return, you can continue playing if you are still seated, or you can leave to return remaining table chips to your balance.
How do you keep dealing fair?
We use secure dealing and aim to provide provably-fair verification information as the platform evolves. Player-facing verification tools may be expanded over time.
Are bots or collusion allowed?
No. Bots, automation, collusion, and other abusive behavior are prohibited. We enforce rules to protect game integrity and may suspend accounts or adjust chip balances in response to abuse.
How do I keep my account safe?
Use a strong password and keep your credentials private. You can review active sessions/devices in your profile and sign out of other sessions if needed.
